"Location"

"Room was fairly clean but had a strange smell that never went away. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom shower curtain was non-functional and walls showed signs of mold being removed. Desk was tiny and the only 1 desk chair in room was like a patio chair. Coke machine barely stocked. Breakfast was a joke at best. No pool."

"I was in town for one night, attending a niece's graduation. I didn't need lots of extras (pool, exercise room, etc.), just a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay. This fit the bill perfectly!"

I got in and skimmed and stirred up the stuff so eventually others got in but it would have been 5 stars if the pool had been cleaner. "

"We had a great stay. All the amenities are up to date, clean and in great shape. There were all the incidentals that you might expect at a fancy hotel. There is a nice fenced area where we could take our dog out. The heated garage was nice too and had a ping pong table and foosball table. We definitely recommend."

"I arrived at hotel yesterday and thermostat in my suite was at 85 degrees. I immediately turned it down to 72 and waited about 45 minutes - no improvement, no air movement. Called the front desk and the lady working was lovely. Came right up and checked thermostat and said call her after 30 minutes if room does not cool. It did not and I called - she said they had no additional rooms available but she would check with manager. After another 30 minutes she said they could move me to another room...
