"They were supposed to have someone 24 seven at the desk and I called several numbers to try to reach the front desk because there was an electrical fire smell in my room and nobody came to help. This is all documented and still they did nothing to reimburse me for the trouble I went through. I will never stay there again."

"Chris was helpful when we had technical issues with the tv.We had a nice view of the river to enjoy. Chris helped us start a fire in the fireplace since we have never used one and there wasn’t any paper or kindling wood by the fireplace. Red Wing is a great place to visit to see fall colors and get apples. "

"We did not use fireplace inside but enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Hot tub was warm We enjoyed the home very much especially the kitchen table"
