Grass was about 1.5ft tall in the front yard. Dock needs some serious work as there are some boards that are ready to be replaced asap. Roof over boat lift is completely gone and has a tarp over it. "Perfect for large family gatherings. We were able to get all our kids and their families together for the first time in 3 years. The house is smartly decorated, with not many knick-knacks for the little ones to get into. We had 2 toddlers, and the most "trouble" they got into was the tupperware.
