"Arrived, gave me a key, went to room and someone in it, front desk said sorry but sold out. No help to resolve so I had to go to another hotel and pay last minute rates. Place was dirty as well"

"A newer hotel located on a bluff with wonderful views of the Clearwater River Valley. Our room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view. I definitely would stay there again."

"Hotel was located close to the highway but near the industrial area. No breakfast, just a bag with a juice, bar, and sandwich. The room was on the 2nd floor above the laundry room and when it was in use, the floor vibrated. The side door did not close so no security, there was a mattress laying outside on the ground by the door, garbage cans and dumpsters close by. We needed just a place for a quick nights rest. That is all it provided."
