"Wow , I just had such a serene and wonderful time for my birthday. Sheila was amazing at the front desk, actually everyone I encountered at the front desk and throughout the property was beyond amazing . The breakfast was delicious. The sparkling wine upon check in was so refreshing after experiencing the heat . The balcony/ porch with the King Suite was my sanctuary! I will definitely go back to visit !"

"My husband and I hadn’t stayed at Hotel Yountville in years but we just enjoyed a 3 night stay for my birthday. The location is walkable to any shop or restaurant in town. Our room was lovely and spacious with French doors opening out to a small private courtyard. Also- The staff are great.! Super friendly and engaging from check in to the servers at the onsite restaurant, Heritage Oak. The breakfast is very good and the presentation is equally impressive. I cannot say enough great things...

"Some detail issues upon arrival. Patio doors were not closed proper and were open upon our arrival. Hot water was not on, and had to be reset. Maintenance took care of immediately when we notified them. This was a nice upgrade, but not worth the money. Furniture in living area, cute and looked great, but was some of the most uncomfortable furniture we have sat in. Front door would not lock, had to pull on the door at night to get it locked (or push extremely hard when leaving the property), just...

"Hotel is starting to show its age; needs updating and maintenance. Bathrooms old and worn. Room decor is dark and also worn. Hotel rate was moderate in comparison to other Napa hotels. However, considering the age and needed updates, it's probably overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was good, however."

"Everyone is helpful and goes beyond to make sure your stay is optimal. They have loaner cars and bikes on site, drinks upon arrival and the dress for dinner ranges from flip flops or workout clothes to dressy. The spa is top notch, you really don’t need to consider trying a different location."
