"We have stayed here many times, this time was lousy, nobody followed up with towels and trash the first day, that should have been included at the least for the price. The second day a bus of kids landed in the afternoon and the hotel staff was so unorganized that we had to call the local law enforcement to get the knocking on the doors, the basketball playing in the halls, the kids locking each other out to stop at a very late 11:00 pm .
