"Very clean & quiet unit but the heater did not work the first night & was freezing in the unit as the outside temperatures were in the teens…literally slept in full winter clothes & had to use the extra comforter to stay warm. Owner assured us it worked but when I reached out to him…the next morning he realized the heater fan did not work…he controls everything remotely & did something but the temperature in the unit never warmed up much. Only had 3 towels for a 4 day stay, requested more towels...

"Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. "
