"Room was not clean, bathtub had not been cleaned had hair, mold and soap in it. We asked them to clean it while we went out for breakfast and they did not clean it. Went out for the rest of the day still not cleaned. Had to clean it ourself so we could shower the next morning. Told the front desk when we checked out and he was rude. We will not be staying there again!!"

"We had the basic room, #15. The check-in process via email was easy. Upon entering the room we observed there was no seating other than sitting on the beds. There were no night stands or tables so we used the refrigerator as our table. In our opinion there was ample room for a couple folding chairs and side table/night stand. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. In the middle of our second night, we woke to a scratching noise. We determined a mouse had entered the room and...

"Friendly staff and clean room"

"The king bed suite was very spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Morning coffee was excellent and the breakfast had many selections. Highly recommended!"

"This motel is very nice. The staff is so friendly & accommodating! My door key needed a new battery which meant dismantling the entire lock. The manager took care of it immediately even though it was quite late. The hot tub is exceptional!! Some people may not appreciate the train going by but I loved it! It reminded me of home. When I checked out the young man at the desk suggested another route to Rapid City and it was fabulous!!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
