"While this home looks cute at first glance, it is absolutely not the 'Luxury' property advertised. Upon our Saturday evening arrival, the cleanliness was unacceptable: the living room rug was filthy, the kitchen butcher block had black mold, the freezer had old spills, and corners were full of hair and cobwebs. The shower was covered in pink slime, the patio furniture was too dirty to use, and backyard weeds were taller than me. Worst of all, every single pillow and mattress was heavily stained....

It was a tad smaller than I thought but it didn't really matter since we just needed a cozy space to crash, get cleaned up, and eat our meals. I would totally recommend this place. "Property is a perfect 3/3, quiet, spacious, a nicely equipped kitchen and grill. Beautiful sunrises can be seen from covered back deck or dock as you listen to the roosters waking up, such a treat! Love that it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the Skippers Marina where we grabbed a quick bite, bought bait and rented a pontoon for a day on the lake. Andrew (property manager) was very prompt to respond and respectful with every inquiry. Very relaxing, enjoyable place to stay on...
