A expected completion date on street construction should be announced by hotel. The stairs to second floor are very steep. Be aware that it will be a few trips to take what ya need to rooms. "

"Place is awful. Last ditch effort at best. Restroom door broken and no doorknob or latch. Toilet clogged up on first flush. There was a plunger but it didn’t help. Wildlife everywhere - roaches, flies, ants. True roach motel. Seriously - AVOID at all costs."

"Needs some maintenance but it is an old building. Area around outside balcony kind of ratty…no scenery at all. But was conveniently located and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen all good. Bathroom good. Had a lot of rain while there….several interior leaks. Advised staff….no response. Tornado warning nearby. Should be info to view on where to go for cover in event of tornado approaching. Beware to older folks: stairs extremely steep!!! Be careful!! "
