"The first thing was I was trying to get the front desk to answer the phone as I had just flown in and needed to get to the hotel and could not get anyone to answer the phone- I know the gentleman at the front desk had his hands full. I finally got through and the shuttle arrived. I then stood in “line”, it was 11 pm so it was odd that the check in was so cumbersome. When I got to the room it was in bad shape. Very dated and smelly. I will never stay there again!"

"Room was clean, air condition worked great. The property was amazing! I would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was nearly empty and not great- staff did not care. Older property, it was reasonably clean but out of date."

"Cozy cabin, perfect for connecting and unwinding. We celebrated my husband birthday there! Watched the sunset, cooked dinner and played games. It was perfect"

"We stay here on nearly every road trip. Enjoyed having warm mineral water in the large tub right in the room. The tap, tub and shower water in the room is mineral spring water. Bottled water is available for drinking. Well appointed quiet room. Fun koi pond. There are lots of dining and entertainment options in town."

"Everything seemed fine except for that it is a pet friendly property and I could smell the dogs. I had to make a pot of coffee to cover up the smell. It's very convenient from the airport to the property. We had a late check in and they were very accommodating. Thank you Chris at the front desk. He was lovely and helpful. We were only there overnight so I didn't get an opportunity to experience any amenities"

"Staff was friendly and helpful."
