"Such a cozy stay in the winter! Waking distance to Rye Mountain Park which has a fun little disc golf course. Couldn't ask for a better trip and it was able to fit 10 of us without feeling too cramped. The hosts (Cara and Jerry) were very very accommodating to the group and keep the place in great shape."

Older home but plenty of charm and we were there for the location and the solitude so it was just what we were looking for. Hosts were very responsive. "Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...
