"The hotel is dirty. The smoke alarm is disconnected. The internet does not work I couldn't even read my emails. The refrigerator was unplugged and someone had left I guess rotten fish in there so when I opened it the whole room smelt like rotten fish. We checked out 2 days early at 7 am and they said they would refund me but later said I checked out late which is a lie, and will only refund me for one day. Do not stay here it is a dump and needs to be condemned"

"Dirty room. Sheets smelled used, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, spider in the bathroom, built up dust on lamps, bathroom had stains all over it. Don't recommend staying here."

"Don't go to this motel during the fourth weekend of August. First, there is a yearly NASCAR-type weekend in the region that attracts too many travelers. Second, it's also on a major truck route heading in and out of North Carolina, so that adds to the increase in use of the rooms by folks who don't take care of things. The motel can't keep up with the bookings. Third, the staff does a terrible job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, and they don't seem to care. Our room had dirty sheets...

"We love this property. We have stayed several times. We were down over Memorial Day weekend not the best weather but we still had a great stay. Our dogs love the very large dog area where they can sniff, run and play. We also love the addition of the fenced in area around the backyard, it was super convenient when it was raining. You can bring the dogs in through the screened in porch where they have a fire table you can sit and enjoy while the dogs dry off. Jim and Mona have thought of...
