"We were just passing through and stayed one night. We were very impressed. Staff was great, easy check-in, room was clean and spacious. We loved that it was a huge shower only. Dining places nearby. Not noisy despite being in a busy area on the interstate. The breakfast area was nice and clean and the breakfast was really good with a great variety of food options."

"The moment when you get to a hotel and everything is “as it should be” is great. That’s usually all i need but the bonus moments are worth mentioning. There’s an incredible coffee shop in the shared courtyard, probably one of the best roasters in the US- Methodical. The hotel bar has a genuinely lovely human making you feel at home. "We arrived and there was no one at the desk. After a few minutes and using the lobby phone someone finally showed up. When we got to the room there was a dirty rag on the floor, no toilet paper in the bathroom and the bath mat was dirty. There was hair in the tub. The bed was decent and honestly for the price, we got what we paid for, but never in my life has there never been toilet paper in a hotel room."

"The room wasn't cleaned properly and the mini fridge didn't work. The staff cleaned the room but upon returning back to the room the same problem was still there. Clean under the beds. It doesn't take but a few seconds to clean under a platform bed"

"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay."

"I am very disappointed with the service. The bathroom light in my room was not working, and when I brought it to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they charged me a deposit that still hasn't been refunded. I would not recommend this place."

"This hotel is so central in downtown Greenville that you can’t go wrong. Great restaurants all around and Greenville has done with their downtown what other towns want to do."
