"I love the people who work at the resort, and housekeeping obviously takes pride in keeping everything clean. However, it’s time for the owners to invest in new carpet and a new couch. Stuffing is coming out of the couch and it’s smells of oily hair and body odor. I solved that by going to the store and asking for an extra set of sheets, and covered the couch. The brown carpet looks and feels like it’s from the 80s, come on,$300 dollars a night, really? Great deck and view. Used the coffee...

"Clean room, breakfast was perfect we got the room with the above floor. King beds great view. Only thing i can say that needs a bit of work is the beach access trail. Manageable but over grown. Some extra trails have been added I’m assuming by other people. But markers would be nice."

"The pool was sparkling clean and they had a great hot tub. Unit had a full kitchen, large living room with a dining room table that had a patio door right out to the pool area, and a separate bedroom. Considering it was a last minute booking, and choices are slim in Ocean Shores I feel I really lucked out!"

"This was a really cool place to stay! The marina was on one side, the ocean on the other. The state park was right next door too. Our corner room was very comfy and roomy. You could walk the docks and hear the sea lions and see the seals swimming right off our room. Bennet's restaurant across the street had really great food. The hotel also had a little cafe where we got coffee and muffins in the morning. We would come back to this part of the country just to stay and play here again!"

"Carpet needs to change, looks dirty and smells dirty, wall paper has obvious spackles and bathroom spackles, bathroom racks are crooked and not enough towels. Bathtub needs anti slippery mat or something to stop slipping when taking a shower."

"The lobby of this hotel welcomed us with a clean blue beach theme and shining tiled floors. A lovely spacious room and great breakfast. We enjoyed a long walk on the beach during our relaxing stay."

"We had to get FOUR spiders out of our room. Not sure if it’s just the season here but we’ve never had that issue at any other hotel we’ve stayed at before."

"The sign on the road doesn't match the Expedia name so it was harder than necessary to find. Check in was weird. There's a sign on the door that says to call a certain phone number. Then someone comes to the building to check you in. The outside of the building is old looking but the inside was 100% rennovated including tub, lights, decor, flooring etc. It was very nice."

"I stayed in the King Suite at the Westport Inn on Saturday night. Overall, it was okay, but the room definitely could have been cleaner and more comfortable. When we arrived, the back window had been left open, which let a lot of bugs into the room. Unfortunately, there were no windows we could open that had screens, so we couldn’t get fresh air without more bugs coming in. The shower had black mold around the molding, and there was sand all over the floor, which made it seem like the room had...
