"Lovely quiet property on a working farm, well-stocked although needs USB, USB-C etc charging ports. Active but friendly dogs, so if you do not like dogs, maybe not the place for you; I enjoyed them. It was the perfect spot to explore the John Day National Monument area, and the view from the front porch was lovely."

"The house is truly in a beautiful area! The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans as well as many condiments and general supplies. Beds were super comfortable and the living arrangements and deck worked well for our family of six - 2 kids, grandparents and parents. It was a great location for exploring the John Day fossil beds. "Jessie is a very accommodating host, and her VRBO is excellent! The little bungalow is always clean, has front door parking, and she is even accommodating to fur babies. It is within walking distance to downtown even! The patio is a great space, and has a grill that is great for an evening in. The queen bed is comfortable and Jessie has black out shades which is appreciated. This is our second stay and we would stay again. 5 stars!"
