"Expedia put the room slept 5 on the website but it only had beds for 4. The motel told us it was Expedias fault not theirs and refused to allow us to get a refund to go somewhere else. Expedia also refused to refund us the room. We ended up being forced to get a second room by the staff at the motel with no discount. Apparently sleeping on the floor is exceptable to them for a 5th bed. Rather than pay them for a second room we put my aunt up in a much better hotel across the street. I will never...

"This is a beautiful looking Hotel, however, the bed and the pillows were so hard. I did not sleep the entire night. I was traveling and had another 12 hours to go the next day. It was difficult to complete due to having no sleep. Also, the walls are very thin. There are people arguing outside in the hall that was echoing down into the bedroom. At one point, I heard a woman screaming. I will not be staying there again when I travel sleep is very important to me. Thank you, Paula"

"Property needs updating. Rooms need updating. Hair dryer in bathroom broken. Outside grounds of building needs to be mowed and trimed. Weeds everywhere. Property not being kept to the high standards of Hilton properties. Thought room cost were high."
