"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment we received during breakfast at your hotel. Unfortunately, the lady in charge of the breakfast service treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
Not only did she attend to us with a poor attitude, but she also turned off the lights in the dining area while we were still eating, leaving us in complete darkness. This behavior was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable.

"This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. "Was not a fan of having to pay a hefty price for insurance on top of the listed price. Very misleading. Dining table was almost too shaky to eat at let alone play games at. Nice location across from h to be lake but most of the window blinds are busted so could not appreciate the view. Nice walking/running path access! Minimal supplies in kitchen. "

"Our family had a Christmas celebration in the area. One of my sisters and I travel out of state with our immediate families. We LOVED the house! It was so cozy, yet there was plenty of room. The hosts had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."
