The downside is the house did not seem clean or as if it had been cleaned recently. The toilets needed scrubbing, we saw two mice in the house, and there was a dead roach and scorpion in one of the bathrooms. We recognize a rural home will always do battle with wildlife, but it was disappointing to encounter nevertheless."
