"We got there. The A/C was not working at the lobby and hallways. The Ice machine was not working on all 3 floors except the 1st floor. The room did not cool under 70 degrees. We set on 66 and it would not get any cooler. Also they told us housekeeping was every other day. After we came back from Memphis for the day. We did not have clean towels. Had to go to the front desk to retrieve those..I I will not stay at that location again."

"The location was quiet, and very close to Blue Oval. Upon arrival we had some trouble with the screen door and had to call the host at 6:30 AM. He was incredibly patient and friendly and assisted us immediately. I would highly recommend this property."
