"Staff wouldn’t bring breakfast out until it was almost over. She had an attitude with guest. Also this hotel is not for family especially children. When asked about a pool, the owner stated that they don’t need one. Lastly we had to almost beg for room service to come clean the room. It’s a mess."

"Better than average continental breakfast. Next trip I will bring my swimming trunks; the indoor swimming pool was extremely inviting during my leisure time. My bed slept very comfortably."

"Did not have housekeeping. We were informed they only clean once every 2 weeks. We were told they did not have clean towels for us. My husband had to ask for a mop and broom to clean our room, as we were on vacation with our babies. I have called cooperate multiple times with no returned call. Highly do not recommend staying here."

"It was a good stay. Hotel is situated near a highway so occasionally it gets noisy. No elevator but the building has only one flight of stairs. No room service during my 3 nights stay. Bedsheets could have been of better quality of fabric otherwise the check in staff was professional, apartment was clean, building is very new and well kept."
