"Good Stay"

"We've stayed there several times in the past, and always loved it. This 3 past days were an unmitigated DISASTER in SO many ways. You were told I was partially handicapped and yet, we were initially given room 322, which as you know is about a quarter mile of hallway once out of the elevator. We asked the desk for a different room, you guys were filled (a good thing, I get it) but the next morning, multiples had checked out and you complied.....and gave us room 220.....one floor less on...

"Every single person who helped us while we were at the hotel was very friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean, the free breakfast was way above many other places we’ve stayed. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well. Definitely recommend The Forge"

"We stayed there twice, probably liked the second time a bit better. I think the room the second time was a bit bigger. Also, staff was helpful in getting into room for the ice bucket, and gave us a wonderful tip about a nice nearby restaurant. Only big drawback was no shampoo in the washroom. Otherwise mostly good."

"Boutique is an interesting description. The hotel was an adequate one however it was not what I expected. We slept in the “Vault” room which meant that our room was an old vault with no windows to the outside. Common space in the the hotel was dimly lit and I did not care for the hotel overall. I was very disappointed by the Expedia rating of 9.4 which is what led me to select this hotel. At best I would rate this a 7."

"It was a really lovely place, only draw back is we never got to go into the main office area to check out anything. The door was locked and no answer when we knocked."
