"Upon checking in we were informed the elevator was broken and there were no ground floor rooms. My wife had suffered an injury to her foot and couldn’t climb steps. I asked about the non refundable reservation and was told that since it wasn’t our fault the reservation had to be cancelled we wouldn’t be charged. They didn’t have a room we could use. "This was a super cute place with lots of potential! It was hot and muggy inside, but I don't know if that was a fluke or just bad timing for us. They had a band playing loud music in the attached bar. It sounded like fun, but I would suggest asking for an outer room if noise bothers you. The continental breakfast was a little odd. They had snack cakes rather than bagels and such. Lol, my grandkids thought it was fantastic!! They had some fresh fruit and waffles, so it turned out okay. ...

"No breakfast...they have coffee and juice and some sort of nut bars.....used to have cereal..muffins...toast....they still have the big sign that says breakfast thoigh...that was nice."

"What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. The room and common areas were flawlessly kept, the property was peaceful, and the other guests were just as pleased as we were to share such a wonderful space. The added bonus is that Joshua makes a superb quiche!"

"This was the perfect stop for me and my pugs. I was traveling through, and it was a gem to find such a comfy spot for one (or two if you need a romantic get away). Hosts were super friendly and easy to talk to. My pugs loved the chickens and I loved the peace and quiet of the wind flowing through the trees. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is rustic, but comfortable."
