"The place was very nice. Very clean. As someone said previously the arrival was a little confusing. I think the houses should be labeled A and B so you know which one. We pulled in and wee confused but the place is up on a hill to the left. The only other thing we couldn’t figure out how to work was the heat. I think there should be something on that how to use it. "

Plenty of space to park a boat, and easily turn around. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back here for fun days on the water."

"Great cozy place to stay. Very clean and nicely furnished. The covered front porch with rockers were a great feature. Kitchen has limited cookware and cooking utensils, but what was provided was in good condition. Limited refrigerator space with a dorm-sized fridge/freezer, so plan accordingly. No closet space to hang clothes up, just a few hooks in the bathroom. Definitely bring your own bedding including blankets. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay here again."

"My family and I stayed here for a few days for a High School fishing tournament on Dale Hollow. We could not have been more pleased. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was located just a short drive away from Sunset Marina (where we were launching from). Had a new HVAC that kept us comfortable. We loved the big wrap around deck. Our two teen boys had plenty of space as well. There was a big circle driveway that made it easy to get the boat in and out. ...
