"Check-n was at 3:00 pm, however at 3:45 pm on the day of check-in we still had not received our keys/code for access or check-in instructions. We should have received them at least 2 days prior to our trip. Yet the evening before our check-out, the host was sure to remind us of when our check-out of 10:00 am was.
