"The room was infested with roaches. On the walls, ceiling, in the tub, in the bed. It smelled like mold. We immediately checked out and went elsewhere as they had no other rooms. The manager was extremely defensive and rude when we went to talk to him about a refund. Then blamed us for not ‘booking at the Marriott’. He refused to give us a full refund because we booked the room and he couldve sold it to someone else. The conditions were uninhabitable. We had no choice but to leave as it was a...

"It was a simple no frills accommodation. The in room fridge and microwave were nice. Also the Nescafé machine in the lobby and cookies were nice too. The room was so musty that I was concerned about inhaling mold particles. I found a dead roach in the room as well. A staff member was informed. They gave an apology and just thanked us for letting them know, didn’t seem too concerned."

"Nice hotel for Hotter than Hell Hundred. Easy to get your bikes in and out. Parking lot is a little small, but there are also plenty of places to get a decent meal nearby. Breakfast is pretty nice too. A decent buffet to get the day started was nice. Tru by Hilton made my stay in Wichita Falls a very pleasant experience."

"The breakfast was wonderful and helped to fuel a fun time at the Hotter N Hell 100 cycling event. The renovations are looking good and the room was quite nice. The staff was helpful and got us all set for a good weekend."
