"I would like to start with. I will never stay there again. We have stayed there in the past so this is not my first time staying here. It started by entering the room around 1030 at night. There was no lights so it was hard to see. Half of the light in the room were burned out. Once we got settled in we found around 15 dead bugs a over the room. Some of the wash clothes and towels looked like they cleaned the floor and put them pack on the rack to use. The toilet looked liked like they started...

"This is NOT a high end hotel, but it is very cozy. The overall appearance of the place was nice. Check in was easy. There are no room keys, but a pin/code. Luckily, the employee had it written down. We were told that it was sent to me, but I did not receive it. The location is very convenient...it's at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We stayed in room #3. The room was nicely updated. The shower head definitely needs replaced. The air conditioner is in the bathroom. It cooled...
