"not too happy with house keeping. after the second night there.(we stayed 6 nights) our room wasn't cleaned, bed wasn't made,didn't get clean towels. Spoke to a housekeeping and the front desk about this and was told because we were there on a long stay it wouldn't be a daily routine to make the bed, clean the room, and give us new towels. We did get new towels, our bed was made that night, but thereafter nothing. they didn't come in to give us new towels or anything so I am disappointed with...

There has been a lot of effort put into its decor which adds plenty of character to this historic hosue.Its very warm and welcoming. We were greeted by Holly upon our arrival she made us feel comfortable immediately. "Absolutely beautiful house. Minor issue upon check in, the wrong entry code was given prompting us to reach out to guests services. Once the host was contacted, check in was simple. Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. "We arrived at the property to find it was closed. No advanced notice. We had called the hotel several times to alert them that we would not arrive until after 8, phone message said they were busy helping other customers or had stepped away from the desk. Had to find another hotel at 8:30 on a Friday night."
