"Very run down which I normally don't mind but this hotel had a chain link fence around half of it and a musty/moldy smell permeated the rooms. We booked it because it has a hot tub, which was broken. There were no sign indicating it was broken or being repaired but it was colder than the pool! ."

"Upon check-in, I noticed a couple of towels that had black stains on them as well as a couple of stains on the bath tub. However, after voicing the complaint to the front desk, the young Hispanic (maybe) lady that was at the front was able to resolve that issues within seconds! It was amazing how fast I was able to get new linen since normally that takes about 24hrs. She was a blessing. I’m mostly impressed with that interaction over any thing else.
