"The stay started out horrible. Being in hotel management myself for the Hyatt Corporation the management and staff were the worst I have ever met. Do not book through Expedia if you are planning to stay there because they treat you terrible. With that being said the property was clean and well maintained and the front desk clerks during the weekend were great and very friendly. "We didn’t arrive at the hotel until nearly midnight it was a halfway point for our travels. I called to be sure the late check in was good. "I was traveling for work and this is the only motel near my job sites. If I could leave zero stars I would. The room and bathroom were filthy. "We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....
