"Perfecto"

"We were disappointed in the wedding party that was held on first floor below our window. The music was loud and interrupted our sleep until after 1:00 am even though there were signs specifying the quiet hours were from 10:00 pm -8:00 am."

"Excellent service, very friendly reception. It is comfortable and very pretty."

"We had been working in the area and started here for 3 nights. I got to my room and there was a dehumidifier in the middle of the room and it smelled super musty and damp. There was no refrigerator, no clock and a super small TV on top of the closet. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was like ice. Breakfast didn't open till 630 so most workers like myself missed out. On the last morning I stayed for breakfast and it was old bagels convince store muffins, old boiled eggs and of course...

"The only time we saw anyone was when we checked in, after that there was no one there the rest of the time, till we left. The ice machine did not work, there wasn't any pop machine or snack machine, you had to walk to the gas station. The locks on the doors were iffy at best. Very small tv in room. $200.00 for just a room with no pool or anything else. It did have good water pressure in the shower."

"Lower your bar. Mostly clean, but horribly overpriced. A tiny, ancient motel, rooms opening out to the lot (which I like). Manager was super nice, walked me to my room. It's July, & it was literally about 100 degrees all weekend. The floors are laminate, which is nice & easy to keep clean. Tiny room, 2 double beds (old bed spreads) fill the entire width of the room wall to wall, with a couple feet between. Small fridge with a separate freezer which was nice. Wall air conditioner worked well,...

"This is our go to place in New Ulm."

"This place is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful and perfect. Love love. And downtown able to just walk and see the town. Mark was great. Clean place. So cozy. I love Love it. It’s unique. Close to coffee . Can’t wait to stay again. Loved the big windows and lounge couch. It’s a 10 for me."

"Love this property"

"Here for a girls’ weekend-Great home, close to downtown making walking to shops & restaurants very easy!We would come back."

"Checking out early didn't feel rushed as everything was well organized, left feeling satisfied after three restful nights spent there."

"Dan and Char were amazing hosts! They gave me a lot of suggestions for things to do during our stay. We enjoyed all of the comforts of Home!"

"Very nice house in an excellent location. Was always very responsive anything. We had two people with walkers, and the house was very accessible. Would definitely stay here again"

"The farmhouse was perfect for our group of 7. Very centrally located to many of the little towns. The sod house was fun to see, would be fun to spend a night there!"

"Conveniently close to local attractions without feeling crowded or noisy from traffic outside, truly just what we hoped for!"

"Perfect!"
