"Near to be where I needed to stay so it worked very well for us. Very nice breakfast offered and filled our needs, best was the 'bold' version of their coffee & worked quite well. King bed just like at home with the room being comfortable, well laid out & clean. I'll be sure to use again when back in the area..."

"Our kids and two Italian greyhounds had a BLAST. When your boys (7, 5, and 3 years old) voluntarily go to sleep at night you know they’re having fun! We loved exploring, swimming, playing down by the lake, and hiking through the woods. Highly recommend. Ryan is a great host too. "

"The host was very friendly and we had lots of privacy. Its very cozy and had everything you needed down to a grill and laundry detergent. Really enjoyed looking at the goats while swinging on the front porch swing. If you like the country feeling then love you'll staying there. Definitely a 10 out of 10. We will return on our next trip to Georgia."

"Waycross HouseCheck-in was fine but there are a lot of things we had to go buy to make the house livable for the week. We bought pots and pans because the pots here are really old and distorted. One of the rooms has no closet, one room with a closet has no rod, and the one room with a rod, the wooden rod is not strong enough to handle all of our clothes. We were here for a church convention so we had lots of clothes for day services and night services. We also had to buy a full ironing board...

"Nice property, there was no sofa bed as ad described. It’s a chase lounge couch. No extra blankets, sheets, towels. We had 1 bath towel per person. Parking was great, fully equipped kitchen was nice. One recliner was broke, tv screen was broke in one room, no outlets worked in one bathroom. Overall was good, just need to update the ad that there is no sofa sleeper. Sleeping on a sofa sleeper and a couch is two different things. "

"House was in good condition. Batting felt clean. Dishes needed to be washed before they could be used. Coffee was left in the coffee pot. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay in. "
