"The beds were not plush or firm. There were big dips where people sit by the nightstand. The plastic mattress cover made us sweat. The fan in the bathroom was weaker than I can blow air. The fresh paint and grout and cleanliness were appreciated but the bed comfort was a deal breaker. We found that if we put the fan on low and set the thermostat to 67 - the loud AC would run continuously and be the white noise to keep hall noise down."

"We are non-smokers and purchased a non-smoking room for two nights. Upon arrival I was informed that our room was room number 103 and it was a handicap accessible room. I said fine as long as it’s non-smoking. The front front desk person assured me that it was a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, I could immediately smell smoke. The toilet seat had cigarette burn marks on it from previous guests, and undoubtedly this room had been smoked in previously and frequently. I asked for a room...

"The Front Desk associate was friendly and helpful. Property was safe clean the room was safe and clean convenient location. Only issue was we could not get the Wi-Fi to work would stay again if in the area."
