"Room was clean, bathroom area small, bed very comfortable. Very good location in Liberty University area. Easy to get in and out of. Only complaint was room had no means to make coffee or tea. Had a microwave but no coffee or even cups to warm up anything to make a beverage. Breakfast was ample but eating area tables hard to get into with set up. Would stay again as long as price stays reasonable."

"Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and extremely small. Room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage and rubbery eggs with hard French toast. Waffles were good. Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. "The location was great and having a kitchen in the room or the option of complimentary breakfast was a plus. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been."

"This is a beautiful property and we have stayed here once before. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. We were not happy with the check in procedure. The app says 3pm check in. Their actual check in is at 4 pm. As we waited patiently in the lobby for almost an hour we were a little surprised when a couple came in at 3:50 pm and were checked in. No acknowledgment that we were there first or any interaction until we made the effort to get checked in. Even so , we highly recommend this...
