"This was a fun hotel to stay at along the San Juan River. The view was gorgeous. The rooms were clean, roomy and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant on the property. The staff was friendly. We would stay there again."

"Booked a 1 night stay through our way to Grand Canyon. We arrived late but staff was still available to check us in. Very concerned about pets and the pet policy. I didn’t have any pets. Heard the schpeel at least twice. I assume this is an issue. Room was ok. Clean enough. All very dated. Bathroom door did not close. Damaged. Only 1 shampoo and 1 lotion for toiletries. Checked in 4 people. No worries. We literally slept and left. Wanted breakfast in restaurant but nobody came to greet us or...

"My bed was extremely lumpy and I had to sleep with my feet up against the headboard to counteract that. That room definitely needs a new mattress. Also each time you turn on the tv you have call the office to have them walk you thru the reset instructions. They blamed the issue on the cable provider. Everything else was fine. Excellent breakfast!"

"“Okay” is the perfect way to describe this hotel. I don’t have crazy expectations for a Super 8, but what I received was mediocre. The staff were nice and helpful but the place looks really run down. Lamps, phones, etc not plugged in throughout the building. Breakfast was pancakes or cereal with sunny D or bland coffee with powder creamer. There are signs in the pool area and bathrooms threatening to charge $50 for having unwanted guests in the pool, or not cleaning the lobby bathroom after use....
