"The room was grossly overpriced and misrepresented in the photos and descriptions - no screens on any door or window, no umbrella for the deck, no fan, no microwave, etc. Staff said screens have been backordered since last April."

"This property is within walking distance to the Casino so be prepared to be wakened up at 2am with LOUD guests coming back from the Casino. Everything was great except some incredibly rude people that also were staying there. I wish they had a "quiet" policy after 10pm, some people like to sleep 😴"

"An hour after checking in and going to my room, I was advised that there was an additional $96 fee because my room had been changed from a king to two double beds. The king was unavailable. Felt like a down grade because it was on the first floor and could every step of the people above. Thanks to Expedia for fixing it and not making me pay the surprise charge."

"No photos do the Grand Reserve the true justice it deserves as one of the memorable stays of mine for the past twenty years! The villa was perched in the middle of a vineyard, across a bridge in the rolling hills of Plymouth. We were checked in personally by Russ who had prepared a charcuterie board for our arrival in the room. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and views of vines from two directions. The common areas include a courtyard, large great room and beautiful patio area...

"The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country!"
