"Love this resort. The rooms are amazing, the restaurants are great and the staff is very helpful. We went as a group of 10. We played golf onsite which is a great experience and then hit the steakhouse afterward. Shannomn is a gem of a waiter!!! We had hoim both nights. Alos had a blast at the casino. I lov3e they they have Minimum bets that are affordable for all."

"Waited in line to check in while the one front desk person was handling phone problems. It was in the 7pm hour and one person at front. After going out to visit the grandchildren we were trying to get to, we returned in the 11pm hour with no check in line, but 3 staff behind the desk. The morning desk didn’t greet us at all."

"The carpets in the halls were absolutely filthy and the exit door by our room did not lock. It was unlocked at all times. Very unsafe! Our room had very noticeable dirt or something on the wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool & breakfast room were very nice."

"New hotel with comfy beds and cool decor. Loved the bathroom and shower. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'd stay there again for sure."

"I would not recommend the Ramada if you are riding the GAP/C&O Canal trail. Use the Fairfield instead. They are right on the trail. Based on conversations with other riders on the trail, learned the Fairfield has 2 bike washing stations and a lot friendlier about having a bicycle with you. [I don't consider myself a bike snob, but having to store my bike in a closet in the lobby with other bikes seems risky.]"

"Clean, quiet, quick. Cost appropriate. No frills just good."

"Won’t be back. Room was okay and clean. Breakfast was terrible. Only 3 hot entrees and 2 were empty. Resorted to hard boiled egg and a stale English muffin. Coffee in pump containers but no flavored creamers available just milk or half and half. Very limited selection and most high fat. If you are a biker, this place would be okay. But high end prices certainly didn’t please the guests. Hot tub was out of order and looked to be for quite a while. Ok to stay in big pinch."

"The hotel is well maintained. Recommend this hotel for your stay."

"Owner was very nice and helped during our stay."

"Beautiful site!"

"Our son is at Frostburg State. The Allegheny Trail house will be our place to stay whenever we plan to visit our son. This place is unique and lovely to stay at. Friendly and attentive staff."
