"We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...

I was hoping my dogs would be able to run more freely but they weren't. They still had fun wandering around the property. Everything else was amazing and beautiful!"

Some of the cutlery/ utensils weren't completely clean (maybe from the previous guest) but we clean before using regardless. "

"Great place to stay! Nice and private yet close to any needed amenities in Harpers or Lansing. The hot tub was great to have during our stay, and the layout with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs made it great for our teens to have their own space when they wanted. "
