"We had a issue with a hotel in St. Louis, so we drove to Quincy and arrived at midnight, the front desk person was awesome. I mistakenly made the reservation in Quincy for 2/27 because we were in a hurry leaving St. Louis but your staff changed it for us to 2/20. Your hotel was beautiful, everything was fresh and clean far more than we expected. "

"The vending machines look really nice, but they don’t work. They charged my card 8x. I called the hotel to figure out what happened. The first gentleman dismissed it, and said it wasn’t a big deal. They’ll just “fall off”. I waited a week, and they didn’t. I called back again and talked to the GM. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking. "This is the second year we rented from Michael. He goes above and beyond to make sure we have all the things we need. The house is perfectly decorated and clean. There are enough places to accommodate our group of 3 adults. The property is conveniently located to shopping and dining. Strongly recommed this place."

"Neighborhood looked a little sketch but was fine. Upstairs apartment. Tons of food already there. Plenty of heat which was important since the temps were in the teens. Great TVs with many channel options. "
