Loved the hot tub!Small negative points: we only received the address 10 minutes before check in time which was frustrating; and only one shower can be used at a time which was tricky with 5 people staying there. "Rita was the host, really nice person. Property was spacious and had everything you could want.No need to bring anything iron, washing machine, dryer, towels, dishes, pots & pans, wine glasses, everything was here.The tin opener broke, but i bought a new one and left it in the drawer.The back door was awkward to lock, so we used the side door and front door.You will not be disapointed staying here, the view is superb.The two horses enjoyed the apples & carrots we gave them, they kept looking out...

"We wanted to be based close to Doolin, Caherconnel Fort, and Aillwee Cave. This property was a hit. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, plenty of parking, two pubs right across the road, and a little hotel on a kitty corner for a night cap complete with the live music on Saturday evening. "

"Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. "

"We stayed here with our adult children, 5 of us in all, and loved it. Great location, amazing view from the living area. We took a quick drive one evening to Doolin for some live trad music and delicious fish and chips, but also had great foo as well as a great bakery. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a lovely stay in this house. It was located in a beautiful location overlooking the estuary and a short drive from the local village. It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. Anne was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend it for somewhere to stay, especially to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting"

"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

"The property was not in the best of shape, several bedroom shades were broken, lightbulbs out. Internet and TV were not as listed in vrbo and we ended up with only Wifi (no local tv -this was not a service issue as it was a hardware). The weather was absolutely lovely, but we had nowhere to sit outside, other than stone wall, which had our backs to the view. Fixing the front of the house driveway / patio (in poor shape) and adding outdoor seating would elevate this property emmensely."
