"Yes the room was spotless and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Lisa the manager went out of her way to make our stay the perfect one. The food was most excellent and the property was secluded and most serene. The beach was kept immaculate. All in all this is a perfect place for relaxation and peace of mind. "I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. "

"Everything was as described—no surprises. It’s a remote area, but you’ll have the beach to yourself. A 4WD is a must, especially when it’s raining, as the roads in Providenciales flood easily."

"Gorgeous property in a nature preserve at the north west part of the island. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant on site had great food. The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and had everything you need for a perfect vacation! Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. We will certainly come back! "

"I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. "

"The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. "
