"Todo en la isla es bastante caro, sin embargo esperarías un servicio acorde al precio.... Estuvimos 6 noches y en ningún momento fueron a realizar la limpieza del cuarto y proporcionarnos más artículos de higiene (champú, jabón, papel higiénico), aún y cuando se les pidió en más dos ocasiones. Por otro lado expedía afirma que los impuestos del 40% son por parte del hotel sin embargo en el hotel no cobran mas que el 12% de IVA... Jamás vuelvo a utilizar los servicios de expedia "

"The most awesome part of staying here was how peaceful it is morning , noon and night! Also, just a few steps to the beach and ocean. You can also walk the Da Conch Shack for lunch and dinner. "The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. "

"This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future. "

The first day we were instructed to go to Grace bay beach, pay to rent chairs and umbrella and we would be reimbursed. "We had an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos. My friend and I brought our college daughters for a fun weeklong getaway. We were within walking distance to Sapodilla Beach and Las Brisas restaurant (ate there twice). We spent several days over at Grace Bay which was amazing but had to deal with some scary drivers. Leola was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the help getting the rental car. The place was beautiful, clean, tranquil. The pool was lovely. It was close to Hidden Beach which was a gem since there were less people. We often had it to ourselves. The hospitality was great. A hot tub would take this place over the top!! 😜"

"Estuvimos mi novio y yo por 5 días, nos encantó el lugar y el personal, la playa es divina , la comida nos sorprendió estaba muy rica sobretodo el restaurante principal, si buscas unas vacaciones económicas este no es el lugar y debes de saber que en todas tus cuentas añadirán taxes y 10% del servicio.
