The walkway was gated with a sign to keep closed to keep the dog in, the stairs smell of dog urine and the steps were dirty. "Almost everything was perfect in this beautiful boutique hotel,nice decoration,nice room(samia),perfect beach,lush environment,attentive and well English spoken staff.Restaurant with potential,offers a very good quality and varied a la carte options but ambiance and music at nights should be improved to make it more romantic,inviting;now is too bright,looks like a cafeteria.Breakfast is quite simple and repetitive,no natural orange juice offered,which is a must."

"We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa.
