"The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. "

"よかったところ 綺麗でリゾート感がある 空港から近い ロビー、客室、プールが素敵 グリーンハウスのスタッフが紳士的 グリーンハウスの食事が美味しかった フロントのスタッフも優しかった ダメなところ アプリから連絡しても気づいてもらえず、電話も出ず、シャトルバスに乗れなかった 送られてきたシャトルバスの時刻表が古いもので正確ではなかった プールサイドのバスタオル置き場がわかりにくく、やっと見つけたのにタオルの在庫がなかった プールサイドにホテルのスタッフはいないので、仕方なくプールサイドのバーの女性スタッフに話しかけてフロントにもつないでもらおうとしたら、フロントの番号はわからない！自分でフロントにいけ！もう話しかけるな！と怒られた。人種差別かなと思うレベルだった。 ホテルでこのような扱いを受けるのは初めてだし、泊まってみたかったホテルでこんなことになり悲しかった。 プールバーの女性スタッフが酷すぎたため、二度と泊まりたくないと思ったが、グリーンハウスやフロント、シャトルバスのスタッフがとねも良い人だったので、総合的にみてまた泊まりたいと思った。 "

"Large, clean room. Two pools, one on first floor and second 8th floor; infinity pool. Close to market with many stalls and different dining options. Very good price all around for a great local experience."

"バイキングの朝食が、洋食、中華、ハラルと種類豊富で、味も良かった。 最寄り駅から4分となっているが、正式な道路を通ると回り道になるので遠い。 スタッフは、皆さんとても親切で、明るく挨拶をしてくれました。"
