"Das Zimmer war sehr schön, bis auf das Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer. Störend für den Partner der noch schläft."

"We booked the Junior Suite especially for the bath. The room had a funny smell and after we used the bath the floor drain didn’t work properly and the water ran back into the room. We informed the staff and they cleaned up the water and did something to make the smell disappear. Handy location and a pleasant place to stay."

"Leider im Bad hat nach Zigaretten gerochen."

"Design magnifique, personnel très gentil, et une vue incroyable."

"I liked nothing there"

"We were in a city view room that was smaller but very well laid out. The Haven shares what would appear to be an excellent spa like area with a pool, sauna, and relaxing area with excellent views of the harbour with the adjoining Hilton Doubletree hotel. "Overall good traveling experience"

"Onze kamer met queensize bed was schoon en goed onderhouden. Nette compacte badkamer. Misschien twee kleine tips: Het is als gast niet duidelijk of de ramen zijn voorzien van privacy folie. "Clean room, and good breakfast. Laundry facility is being renovated."

"Prima, in- en uitchecken duurt lang"

"The location was Great, this was the biggest upside to staying there. Rooms are nice but small. Okay room service, not the best. Waiting area is cozy and nice, did some studying there with my laptop. Overall I would give it a 7/10"

"Rooms are really tiny and so I would recommend them only for very short stays and solo travelers. The shower door is literally on the room and there was no rug. They should have more hangers since unless it’s summer people have jackets to hang (also because city is rainy) and it becomes very difficult to set them all. Like it would need at least one on the back of the door to put jackets. At least we have been able to borrow one chair from the common area to put our jackets on. Biggest...

"Great breakfast buffet and clean rooms"
