"Grounds and the buildings in general are very beautiful. The furniture is off-putting. Might be trying to create a “Meiji-era” feeling but it’s comes off strange. "we had a perfect two-night stay at the Kusatsu Now Resort. First the staff has the best service I have ever experienced even though there was a language barrier. but the staff went beyond everything to keep us happy.
