"Y'all this place is in the best location with the best host! Short walk to the beach, pool, laundry facilities AND the on property restaurant! Josh has the guest in mind with all the details of a comfy stay, from beach towels to a binder with suggestions of things to do. He put alot of thought into taking care of his guest! We will be staying again!"

"Beautiful and clean"

"We only needed the rental for one night, but it was very clean and the communication was excellent!"

"Destin Gem is everything and more than you expect for a vacation home. Sherrie is a wonderful host. The house has everything you need for an awesome vacation. The beach accesss is practically across the street but having the golf cart helped with bringing anything you would wan to bring to the beach."

"We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better house for our group. The home was beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. The outdoor pool area was a huge highlight and the perfect place to relax and spend time together. Overall, this is the perfect house for a large group, and we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Amazing location, right on the beach and easy access to all of the other area attractions! House was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay! Definitely would come back to this property again if we come back to Destin!"
