    The open floor plan is inviting for entertaining throughout the kitchen, dining & living room with tall floor to ceiling windows. Two sliding doors off both the living room and master bedroom allow access to the balcony with distant views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.



    The living room features a large flat screen TV with a sleeper sofa and 3 side chairs, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies and play games. The dining room table offers seating for (4) with counter seating for (3). The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and offering a coffee maker for your brewing pleasure.



    The Master Bedroom is bright and spacious and features floor to ceiling windows with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower/tub combo and commode. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a twin bed/trundle combo, flat screen TV and closet. The Guest Bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower and commode. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations on a queen sleeper sofa. A stackable washer/dryer combo is in the guest bedroom closet.



    The residence has a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

Pleasant room, curtains were difficult to slide open & closed and patio doors were hard to operate as well. Well-stocked kitchen, 2nd bedroom is quite small. Pool area was very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Don’t expect the view from the east tower to have a direct beach view, as it is crossed the highway but a very short drive away. The pool is beautiful, the beach is beautiful over all very worth the money. I would stay again and recommend this to anyone wanting a getaway.

Enjoyed our stay everything was neat for the most part. Bedding for sofa bed may have not been washed before arrival, still smelt like some type of men cologne and carpet needs to be changed. I would stay again

Tropical oasis in sunny Destin

My family (including 3 children 11,14&16) stayed at the Destin Palms. We absolutely loved everything about it. Restaurant on premises was amazing!!!! Close proximity to beach,stores,restaurants, etc. They had nightly entertainment and the lagoon pool which was absolutely gorgeous was open super late which my children loved. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Great family location for tweens and teens

The property was great for our family with 2 teens and a tween. If we had younger kids the pools were great for that as well. It was close to restaurants and shopping so we didnt have to drive far. The property shuttle.was great and Lance and Jim the drivers were awsome.

Palms of Destin

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms of Destin. The property is very clean and safe. Our room was beautiful. It had every thing we needed. It overlooks the parking lot of the shopping center next door. However you can see the water and the Henderson beach state park. We actually had fun people watching from our balcony. The pools are very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Ideal Location

Stayed at this location for three (3) months and it was awesome. We were in walking distance from a variety of stores, and restaurants. It was very quiet and relaxing for the majority of our stay. Staff members were great. If you are not cooking, a beautiful restaurant and bar is on site. JODY was awesome any issues and she is there to assist. So all in all a very good vacation. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful visit to Destin for Spring Break. The kids loved the pools and the trundle bed. The pull out couch was broken but we put the mattress on the floor and made it work. Aside from a few things that need to be fixed, it was a well stocked condo with plenty of room for our group of 6. We recommend this place to others and would stay again if we are ever in Florida!

Location of our condo was amazing! Less than a mile from the beach, a 2-3 minute drive to arcades, putt-putt and go carts! Views from our balcony were good. You could enjoy the ocean view from a distance. The pools (big pool is not heated but felt great with the hot weather) were a hit with the kids! Restaurant was nice to have on location as well! Kitchen accessories could be updated and have more storage containers for left over foods. Overall amazing trip and location! Easy to check in and check out of condo as well!

Nice place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, it should be more clear that the main pool at the resort is not heated. Also, the unit was missing some basic items like potholders, Kleenex, salt and pepper, etc.. also the trundle bed is really more for small kids/toddlers. I would not rent this unit again since I have two teens one ended up sleeping on the couch the whole time because the trundle bed is way too small.

Not what we expected or are used to. The public areas of the condo building is old, unclean and smelly. The unit we stayed in was the same. The second bedroom only had one twin bed - big enough for only one person. Misleading and disappointing

The bed sheets were dirty when we arrived and had to be washed before we slept in them. The ceiling fan had a build up of dust. The pull out bed in the sofa had missing springs and a piece of plywood was placed to help keep the couch from sinking in. Several outlets didn't work. Under the master bed there was an almost empty bottle of liquor. A bathing suit top, sock, and toy ball were also left behind. Overall, this was not a good experience, we will not be returning.

The security guard for late check in was fantastic: patient, helpful, and knowledgeable at 1am. Great gym. I would have preferred a 5am opening time, but the facility was excellent. Nice pool. Kids played in the pool every hour it was open. The huge hot tub hosted several families at the same time. Great location: right across the highway from Henderson State Park and the beach. Nice kitchen. Customer service was responsive when I called. Also, servers in the coffee shop and at poolside were excellent. Negatives: Public carpet and areas in front of elevators were extremely dirty.

I would recommend this property over and over again. I only saw 2 things wrong with it. 1. The sofa could use an upgrade 2. The rental was a little on the pricey side. Outside of those two things this rental has “do over” written all over it.
