Destin on the Gulf 201 is a 2 bed/ 2 bath beachfront condo. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with its King bed, and 2 Full beds. Enjoy the Gulf views from this units private balcony or visit the beach through the property's private boardwalk and walkway. The beachfront pool offers a place that the entire family can splash around and have a great time. Use our charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal.

Perfect Weekend

My best friend and I took our daughters for a girls weekend. The location was perfect. Everything was clean. Loved that it was gated. Will absolutely book again.

Property not well taken care of, rude customer service.

We could not get in because the padlock did not work. Since it was late in the evening and there was nobody at the desk that I could ask for help we just kept trying until it opened. The next day we left to get groceries in the morning and the same thing happened - the entry keypad would register some keys but then would stop. I called customer service and informed of our problem, suggesting that maybe it's the keypad's power source that is failing. The representative was rude.and kept suggesting that we don't know how to use it. Instead of shortly confirming with me the issue and scheduling a tech he spent most of the time saying we must be doing something wrong.. At this point we were really frustrated as my elderly in-laws were waiting in the heat and humidity to get inside. Again we were able to open the door after maybe 15 minutes of trying. The tech did arrive but did not knock on the door to let us know he was there. We just heard some noises by the keypad for a couple of minutes. He probably just changed the battery because after that there were no more problems with the keypad. Such a simple fix but because of the customer representative's attitude it kind of messed up what should be a relaxing day at the beach. The cleanliness of the condo was not good also. The air vents in were full of chunks of dust, to the point that the ceiling near them was dirty and dusty. I was unable to open the blinds in our master as the stick was broken and there were no strings present - too bad since I wanted to enjoy the beach view I was so excited about. When I lift them for a second manually, there were piles of drill dust or sanded paint maybe? Whoever cleans that place definitely missed the spot. The toilet in the master bath has a toilet seat that is peeling - never seen anything like that. It was clean but there were pieces of some material coming off on both sides- did they paint it previously? - no idea. Not very hygienical since you can not really get under all the flakes. The furniture set presented in the pictures is great but they also put some kind of accent chair that is absolutely disgusting - stained and dirty all over. It would be better to have less seating but in a clean condition. There is a coffee maker but no filters, even a couple would be nice, Even though we were unhappy with the place itself, its proximity to the beach made it a bit better. We had a great weather and the local restaurants were amazing.
