  • Este condominio de vacaciones frente a la playa se encuentra en Holiday Isle en Destin, Florida a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. Alquiler de condominio # 508 tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Destin's Beach está a pocos pasos con una hermosa vista desde su balcón privado. Todas las unidades son para no fumadores.

    Esta unidad tiene nueva decoración y molduras de corona en todas partes. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá, asiento de amor, silla reclinable, y un 40 "TV de pantalla plana HD con servicio gratuito de HD. El área de comedor y sala de estar tiene un nuevo piso de diseño de madera. Una cocina bien surtida tiene encimeras de granito, suelos de baldosas, persianas de plantación y accesorios de luz sobre el fregadero, lo que permite una ventana abierta a la sala de estar con vistas al Golfo. Ambos dormitorios tienen alfombras nuevas, puertas cerradas con espejo, persianas Plantation, ventiladores de techo, TV de pantalla plana, (40 "en el dormitorio de invitados), colchones nuevos en ambos dormitorios, y una caja fuerte en el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio de invitados también tiene una suite de un dormitorio nuevo con colchas complementarias. Ambos baños tienen pisos de cerámica y armarios con encimeras de granito. Hay dos lavabos en el baño principal y una cabina de ducha. El baño de invitados cuenta con nuevas paredes de mármol cultivadas en la bañera, junto con nuevos accesorios. Ambos baños tienen secador de pelo..

Fully stocked kitchen with many cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. All in great condition. Kitchen appliances on the newer side. The Master Bedroom mattress could use an upgrade. both sides of mattress have a dip where you lay and a ridge in the middle. Foam pad could help.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean; Couch and chairs in living area quite comfortable, kitchen small but efficient for short stay (knives are excellent, which is very unusual for rentals). Master bed very comfortable, but pillows need upgrade. Sleeper sofa very disappointing with springs missing and mattress quality low. Gulf water is beautiful but beaches are very crowded (of course, our stay was during July 4 weekend so this was not unexpected). Pools are kept quite clean, nice pickleball courts, no other amenities to speak of.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was clean but has a dark ambience to it. The Islander property as a whole is starting to feel run down after coming here for 10 years. Elevators are outdated, one was non-functional the entire stay. The other feels likes it’s going to stop working any minute. The bathrooms by the pool were not working and closed. The stairwells by the trash chutes were dirty and had remnants of people’s garbage liquid stains on them. They ran out of space at the beach one day that they had to put our umbrella and chairs near th trash can furthest from the water that was possible. It was a disappointing stay this time for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 508 had a lovely view of the ocean. The confo was clean, but it was not the most updated condo. In the kitchen, the utinsel drawer stuck and squeaked when you opened it. The resort amenities were very good, except the basketball court is on the tennis court, and that interrupted our play. They had eight pickle ball courts, which were nice but not all used at the same time, so one of them should really have the basketball court. The two pools were lovely, but a little warm in July. The location was lovely, the sand was very white. The ocean was very clear and the temperature of the water was perfect. We were close to the west harbor to watch boats go in and out. We also watched fireworks there over the harbor on Thursday night. The condo only gives you two rolls of toilet paper, and a couple packets of dishwasher soap everything else has to be bought. Overall it was a very nice place.

Reviewer Comments: We frequent The Islander for years, best spot I feel that gives you front access to beach, low key off the beaten track but close to everything if you want more excitement. Room clean upon arrival, fantastic view and reason why we always choose East side floors 5 or higher. Master Bedroom nice with plenty of storage for our month long stay. Furniture all comfortable especially liked the recliner to see beach while having morning coffee. Some items that need attention:Lamp next to coach needs socket replaced. Connection burned where bulb connects to socket. Toilet (next to 2nd bedroom, will run occassionally, 50/50, next flap replaced to ensure it closes every time to allow reservoir to refill. Stove door is loose on right bottom side comes out time to time. Pantry doors need adjusted currently drags floor and must lift and hold door up to close or open. Lastly living room TV challenging to get to switch from TV to other features like YouTube, etc. All other TV work great. Ample supply of dishes, pots, pans very nice ones too!. I worked remotely while staying there, appreciate the blazing fast internet, over 400Mbs, wow! Worked flawlessly.

The beach is to far, I seen roaches, they wouldn’t give clean linen on Tuesday and Thursday as we were told they said we have to go to the laundry mat, the wristbands always gave us trouble when trying to get in the rooms (we had 4 rooms yearly family trip) or beach, hot tub jets were ******. The room was pretty good though.

Loved everything. Just a couple of maintenance FYI’s. Back door going to balcony does not lock. Bottom dishwasher rack needs new wheels.

Although our condo was on floor 5 there wasn't a time we waited more than a few seconds for the elevator. The room had a gorgeous view of the ocean and we could see out kids in the pool. The room was clean and maintained; enough room for our family of five to relax comfortably. Great vacation and looking already to come back.

The only 2 things that needed improvement would be be the guest bathroom. It had a tub w/ shower but, shower head wouldn’t turn on and one of the burners on the oven didn’t work part of the time. Those were the only 2 things. I would recommend this place as a safe family friendly vacation spot. I’m looking forward to going there again next year
