This amazing beachfront condo is located in sunny Destin. Just a few steps away from this recently remodeled condo, are the sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast. Enjoy direct views of the beautiful gulf waters as you relax on your private balcony. Take advantage of our two beautiful private pools and our free beach umbrella and chair service. Unit #309 accommodates up to six people with a king in the master bedroom and a 40’’ TV, 2 Full beds in the guest bedroom and a 42’’ TV and a sleeper sofa in the living room with a 65’’ Smart TV.

The unit was perfect for our needs - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great view of the gulf from both the living room and the master bedroom. Just a short walk across the property (less than a couple of minutes) to the beach. Having beach service was wonderful. The second bathroom had a drain issue in the tub, but after calling maintenance, they fixed the problem. The second bathroom could use some updating to match the beauty of the rest of the unit.

This was my first time visiting Destin and we stayed at the islander this condo was a great view and close to the beach they had a bunch of activities and it was fun room was very beautiful and clean I will definitely stay here again

Nice unit on the beach!

This was a nice size unit with a great view! The kitchen was stocked so we were able to make dinner every nigh. The propoerty managers were helfpul. It was great to have beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach everyday! The unit didn't have a great smell and the floors were very dirty. The beds were nice and clean.

Pictures on here do not do it Justice!

My family stayed here for 4 days. The check in process was super easy, the staff in the front desk are so sweet. I would have two complaints, the smell of vinegar is super strong, seems like they might have cleaned with it. Also, one of the beds in the room that has two is super uncomfortable, it has a weird dip to it. This has a beautiful beach/view, two restrooms, third floor right above the heated pool. Besides this I would 100% recommend, ah the area is amazing, short distance away from everything and it is quiet.

Blended family of 6!

Our first family vacation as a blended family with my boyfriend and it was amazing! 3 teens and one child. There was plenty of room for everyone!!! Clean and spacious. Ocean and pool view was great! This place is saved on my list to return

Very Nice!

Very satisfied, will definitely stay here again. Everyone was nice and very convenient location. Had my grandchildren and they had movie night for the kids at the pool was perfect. We all enjoyed our stay.

Our only complaint would be that it’s not beach front and there is barley any view of the beach. Overall, the front desk workers were nice, beach workers are helpful, and the condo was well maintained.

Loved this condo!

We loved everything about this condo. Had everything we needed for my husband and I and our two children 6 and 2. Plus, the view was amazing. Staff was so kind and helpful as well. Would stay again.
